 Legal basis: Article 3 of the Interim Regulations on Enterprise Information Publicity shall be true and timely. If the enterprise information publicized involves state secrets, national security or social and public interests, it shall be reported to the competent secrecy administrative department or the state security organ for approval. If the enterprise information publicized by the relevant departments of the local people's governments at or above the county level involves enterprise business secrets or individual privacy, it shall be reported to the competent departments at higher levels for approval. Article 8 of the Interim Regulations on Enterprise Information Publicity: An enterprise shall submit its annual report of the previous year to the administrative department for industry and commerce through the enterprise credit information publicity system and make it public from January 1 to June 30 of each year. Enterprises established and registered in the same year shall submit and publicize annual reports from the next year. Article 57 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Company Registration, a company shall submit its annual report of the previous year to the company registration authority through the enterprise credit information publicity system from January 1 to June 30 of each year, and publicize it to the public. The contents of the annual report and the measures for supervision and inspection shall be formulated by the State Council.
