According to Article 8 of the Population and Family Planning Law of the People's Republic of China, If the party concerned fails to pay the social maintenance fees within the prescribed time limit, a late fee of two thousandths of the unpaid social maintenance fees shall be charged every month from the date of default; If it still fails to pay, the family planning administrative department that has made the decision on collection shall apply to the people's court for enforcement according to law.
