1、 The steps to move out of the household registration are as follows:
 1. Apply to the local police station;
 2. The local police station agrees to move in;
 3. Apply to the local police station where the current residence is located for moving out;
 4. Household registration certificate issued by local police station;
 5. Go to the Household Affairs Department of the municipal public security bureau at the place of immigration with the household registration certificate and relevant supporting materials to apply for immigration;
 6. The local police station where the household registration is returned shall handle the removal and issue the removal certificate;
 7. Go to the local police station with the migration certificate and ID card.
 2、 When a citizen moves to another place, within three days in the city and ten days in the countryside, he or she or her household shall preside over the transfer certificate to apply to the household registration authority for registration of the move in and hand in the transfer certificate for cancellation.
 3、 Citizens who do not have migration certificates shall present the following certificates to the residence registration authority at the place of immigration to apply for immigration registration:
 1. The demobilized, demobilized and demobilized servicemen shall present the certificates issued by the military service organs at the county or city level or by the military organs at or above the regiment level;
 2. Overseas Chinese and overseas students returning from abroad shall present their passports or entry certificates of the People's Republic of China;
 3. A person released by a people's court, people's procuratorate or public security organ shall present a certificate issued by the releasing organ.

 Article 13 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Household Registration states that when a citizen moves, within three days in the urban area and ten days in the rural area, he or she or her household shall preside over the transfer certificate to apply to the household registration authority for registration of moving in and hand in the transfer certificate for cancellation.
