Article 12 of the Measures for the Administration of Food Production Licenses, when applying for food production licenses, the following conditions shall be met: (1) There shall be places for food raw material processing, food processing, packaging, storage, etc. that are suitable for the variety and quantity of food produced, the environment of the places shall be kept clean and tidy, and the places shall be kept at a specified distance from toxic and harmful places and other pollution sources. (2) Having production equipment or facilities appropriate to the variety and quantity of food produced, and corresponding equipment or facilities for disinfection, dressing, washing, daylighting, lighting, ventilation, corrosion prevention, dust prevention, fly prevention, rat prevention, insect prevention, washing, wastewater treatment, garbage and waste storage; If the production process of health food has pre-treatment processes such as raw material extraction and purification, it is necessary to have raw material pre-treatment equipment or facilities suitable for the variety and quantity of production.
