If the intermediary does not pay wages, the worker can solve the problem through the following ways: 1. negotiate with the employer. The laborer shall report to the employer and negotiate for settlement. 2. The laborer shall report to the labor administrative department. If the company fails to pay the employee's salary on time, the employee can request to terminate the labor contract, and require the company to pay the employee's salary in arrears, as well as 25% of the economic compensation according to the salary in arrears; 3. Labourers can request employers to pay double wages by applying for arbitration. 4. Workers can sue and the court will make a judgment to enforce.
Legal basis
Article 30 [Labor Remuneration] of the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China (2012 Revision) The employer shall pay the labor remuneration to the worker in full and in time in accordance with the labor contract and national regulations.
If the employer defaults or fails to pay the labor remuneration in full, the worker may apply to the local people's court for a payment order according to law, and the people's court shall issue a payment order according to law.
