Those who have not graduated directly go to the alma mater archives, or search online for the contact information of the alma mater archives, or contact the relevant person in charge by phone or email; 2. Those who continue to study in the university for postgraduate and doctoral studies will be kept in the university; 3. If the contracted unit has the right to accept the archives, the archives shall be transferred to the working unit; 4. If the contracted unit does not have the right to receive the files, the files shall be transferred to the city/county talent market where the work unit is located; 5. For graduates who have not signed a contract, are not employed, are self-employed, or seek employment on their own, their files will be directly transferred back to the municipal and county personnel departments in their places of origin.
