（1） The height of heavy and medium-sized trucks and semi trailers shall not exceed 4 meters from the ground, and the height of vehicles carrying containers shall not exceed 4.2 meters; （2） The load of other motor vehicles carrying goods shall not exceed 2.5 meters from the ground; 1. A fine of more than 500 yuan but less than 3000 yuan will be imposed if it is more than 4 meters and less than 4.3 meters (including 4.3 meters) from the ground; 2. A fine of more than 3000 yuan but less than 5000 yuan will be imposed if it is more than 4.3 meters and less than 4.5 meters (including 4.5 meters) from the ground; 3. If it is more than 4.5 meters from the ground, it can be punished according to the upper limit of laws and regulations.
