    Grade A of minor injury is a grade in the injury evaluation. Injury refers to the severity of the injury, which is generally used to measure the basis for investigating the criminal responsibility of the infringer. It is divided into: serious injury, minor injury and minor injury. Minor injuries are divided into three grades: A, B and C. If it is a crime of intentional injury and minor injury, the sentence shall be imprisonment of not more than three years.
    Those who intentionally injure others and cause minor injuries to others are generally sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance.
    Articles 234, 238, 247, 248, 289, 292 and 333 of the Criminal Law stipulate that illegal detention uses violence to cause disability, torture or violent evidence collection to cause disability, maltreating the supervised to cause disability, gathering people to "beat, smash and loot" to cause disability, gathering people to fight to cause serious injury, illegally organizing or forcing others to sell blood to cause injury, It should be punished as the crime of intentional injury. These provisions belong to the fabricated provisions rather than the attention provisions.
    (1) Whoever commits the crime of intentional injury shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance.
    (2) Whoever commits the crime of intentional injury and causes serious injury to another person shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 3 years but not more than 10 years.
    (3) Whoever intentionally injures another person's body, causing death or serious injury by special cruel means, causing serious disability, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years, life imprisonment or death.
    Article 234 Whoever intentionally injures another person's body intentionally in the crime of intentional injury shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance. Whoever commits the crime mentioned in the preceding paragraph and causes serious injury to another person shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than 10 years; whoever causes death to another person or serious injury to another person by special cruel means and causes serious disability shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years, life imprisonment or death. Where this Law provides otherwise, such provisions shall prevail.
