 Article 1 of the Notice on the Treatment of Retired and Retired Persons Who Have Been Approved to Go Abroad to Settle down: Retirement fees and retirement living expenses of retirees and retirees who have gone abroad to settle down shall enjoy the same treatment as those of domestic retirees and retirees. The retirement fee, retirement living expenses and non-staple food price subsidies, grain (coal) price subsidies, enterprise workers' disability subsidies, and disability funds paid by the people's department, etc., shall be paid by the unit that pays the retirement and retirement benefits (disability funds shall be received from the people's department in the original place of residence by the unit that pays the retirement fee and retirement living expenses), Or it can be claimed by relatives and friends in the Entrusted Country's Notice on the Treatment of Retired and Retired Persons Approved to Settle Abroad until their death. The foreign exchange needed for the payment of such treatment shall be handled by the local Bank of China in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Examination and Approval of Individual Foreign Exchange Applications issued by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange Control. Retired and retired personnel who have gone abroad to settle down shall provide a certificate of their existence issued by our embassies and consulates abroad or the local notary office every six months. The certificate issued by the notary office must be authenticated by our embassy or consulate abroad (if you live in a country that has not established diplomatic relations with China, you must be authenticated by the embassy or consulate of a third country that has established diplomatic relations with China in that country).
