Even if they hold court investigation orders, they refuse to cooperate. In this case, lawyers can only apply to the court to investigate and collect evidence in person.
Legal basis
Article 70 of the Civil Procedure Law, the people's court has the right to investigate and collect evidence from relevant units and individuals, which shall not refuse. The people's court shall distinguish the authenticity of the certification documents submitted by the relevant units and individuals, examine them and determine their validity.
