According to the law of our country, if the indoor noise standard exceeds 55 decibels in the daytime, it is noise; if it exceeds 45 decibels at night, it is noise. According to the general regulations, a sound above 60 decibels generally belongs to the noisy range. When it is above 70 decibels, it will start to damage the human auditory nerve. When the sound reaches 90 decibels, it will cause hearing damage. If the perpetrator causes human damage due to too high decibels of noise, the relevant parties can be investigated for legal responsibility. Indoor noise standard: noise above 55 decibels in the daytime, and noise above 45 decibels at night.
As long as the sound exceeds 60 decibels, it belongs to the noisy range. When the sound exceeds 70 decibels, it will start to damage the human auditory nerve. When the sound reaches 90 decibels, it will cause hearing damage. If the perpetrator causes human damage due to too high decibels of noise, the relevant parties can be investigated for legal responsibility.
The standard use of noise is noise. From the physiological point of view, all the voices that interfere with people's rest, study and work, as well as the voices that interfere with people's listening, that is, unwanted voices, are collectively referred to as noise. Noise pollution occurs when noise has adverse effects on people and the surrounding environment.
In physics, noise refers to all irregular signals (not necessarily sound), such as electromagnetic noise, thermal noise, noise in radio transmission, laser noise, optical fiber communication noise, and noise in pictures taken by cameras.
From the perspective of environmental protection, all "unwanted sounds" that affect people's normal study, work and rest in some occasions are collectively referred to as noise. For example, the sound of machine burning, the whistle of various vehicles, the noise of people and various sudden sounds are all called noise. With the development of industrial production, transportation and urban buildings, as well as the increase of population density, and the increase of household facilities (television sets, etc.), environmental noise has become increasingly serious, which has become a major public hazard to pollute the human social environment. Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution
Article 2 "Environmental noise" as used in this Law means the sound that is emitted in the course of industrial production, construction, transportation and social life and that impairs the living environment of the neighbourhood.
For the purposes of this Law, environmental noise pollution means that the environmental noise emitted exceeds the environmental noise emission standards set by the State and interferes with the normal life, work and study of others.
