    The evidence to be provided in the housing inheritance litigation is as follows: the defendant shall bear the burden of proof for the plaintiff who has committed the act in the housing inheritance dispute. After the plaintiff's serious maltreatment and abandonment of the decedent has been proved, if the plaintiff claims that he did show repentance later and was forgiven by the decedent before his life, he should bear the burden of proof for the above facts. Evidences to be provided in housing inheritance litigation include:
    1. Evidence of the occurrence of inheritance, such as the death certificate of the decedent;
    2. Evidence of the heirs, such as the household register, to prove the identity relationship between the heirs and the decedent and the number of heirs;
    3. Property certificate, purchase contract and other materials;
    4. The will of the decedent;
    5. Evidence of the obligations of the successor to the decedent;
    6. There is evidence that there is no definite cause for care in succession, such as disability;
    7. If there are unborn fetuses, the hospital diagnosis certificate should be presented. According to the relevant provisions of the Supreme People's Court, the property that was not divided and the heir did not give up inheritance at the beginning of inheritance can be treated as a case of property division.
