I let the hospital blackout and can't use others' ID cards to register for medical treatment. All hospitals need to show their own ID cards to register. They need to see doctors with their real names, and they cannot borrow others' ID cards.
 China's laws stipulate that anyone who commits one of the following acts shall be given a warning by the public security organ and fined less than 200 yuan, and the illegal gains, if any, shall be confiscated:
 （1） Obtaining a resident identity card by using false certification materials;
 （2） Renting, lending or transferring resident identity cards;
 （3） Illegally detaining another person's resident identity card.
 The items registered in the resident identity card include: name, gender, nationality, date of birth, address of permanent residence, ID number, personal photo, fingerprint information, validity period of the certificate and issuing authority. Citizen ID number is the unique and permanent ID code of every citizen, which is compiled by the public security organ according to the national standard for citizen ID number. When citizens apply for obtaining, changing or reissuing resident identity cards, they shall register fingerprint information.
 Legal basis
 According to Article 3 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Resident Identity Cards, the registered items of resident identity cards include: name, gender, nationality, date of birth, address of permanent residence, citizen identity number, personal photo, fingerprint information, validity period of certificates and issuing authority.
 Citizen ID number is the unique and permanent ID code of every citizen, which is compiled by the public security organ according to the national standard for citizen ID number.
 When citizens apply for obtaining, changing or reissuing resident identity cards, they shall register fingerprint information.
 Article 16 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Resident Identity Cards shall be given a warning and imposed a fine of not more than 200 yuan by the public security organ for any of the following acts, and the illegal gains, if any, shall be confiscated:
 （1） Obtaining a resident identity card by using false certification materials;
 （2） Renting, lending or transferring resident identity cards;
 （3） Illegally detaining another person's resident identity card.
