 According to relevant laws and regulations, the owner of a motor vehicle can apply to the vehicle management office at the place of registration for the inspection conformity mark within three months before the expiration of the validity of the motor vehicle inspection.
 When applying, the owner of a motor vehicle shall fill in an application form and submit a driving license, a compulsory insurance certificate for the liability of motor vehicles for traffic accidents, a certificate for the payment or exemption of vehicle and vessel taxes, and a certificate of compliance with the safety and technical inspection of motor vehicles. Vehicle inspection can be carried out at most three months in advance. Three months before the annual review date, motor vehicles can accept the application for annual review. It's better to do it two or more months in advance. Don't wait until only a few days before the annual inspection is due. Vehicles that fail to pass the regular inspection shall be repaired within the specified time. If they still fail to pass the time limit, the vehicle management organ has the right to confiscate the license plate and driving license of the unqualified vehicle and cannot drive on the road.

 Article 49 of the Provisions on the Registration of Motor Vehicles, the owner of a motor vehicle may apply to the vehicle management office at the place of registration for an inspection conformity mark within three months before the expiration of the validity period of the motor vehicle inspection. Before applying, the owner of the motor vehicle shall complete the handling of road traffic safety violations and traffic accidents involving the vehicle. When applying, the owner of a motor vehicle shall fill in an application form and submit a driving license, a compulsory insurance certificate for the liability of motor vehicles for traffic accidents, a certificate for the payment or exemption of vehicle and vessel taxes, and a certificate of compliance with the safety and technical inspection of motor vehicles. The vehicle management office shall, within one day from the date of acceptance, confirm the motor vehicles, examine the certificates and vouchers submitted, and issue inspection conformity marks.
