The conditions required for signing a proxy will are:
1. The testator dictates the contents of the will, and the witness writes the will on behalf of the testator;
2. There must be more than two witnesses present to witness a will written on behalf of others, and one of them may be a proxy;
3. The scrivener, witness and testator must sign the will and note the following year, month and day;
4. The testator shall have full civil capacity and shall not be a minor or a person who is mentally or intellectually unsound.
According to Article 17 of the Inheritance Law, a will written on behalf of another person shall be witnessed by more than two witnesses, one of whom shall write on behalf of the other person. Note the following year, month and day, and be signed by the scrivener, other witnesses and the testator.
