The second marriage registration is no different from the general marriage registration. Just bring a divorce certificate, which is different from ordinary marriage. Other documents are household register and ID card.  At the time of marriage registration, the court's judgment or mediation statement for divorce shall be issued. If the divorce registration is handled at the marriage registration authority, the divorce certificate, the identity cards and household registration books of both parties shall be issued. Some places also need medical certificates. The required certificate formalities are as follows:
 1、 Documents submitted:
 1. My permanent residence booklet and resident ID card (copy on site).
 2. Signed statement that I have no spouse and no direct blood relationship or collateral blood relationship within three generations with the other party (filled in on site).
 3. The party concerned shall submit three recent 2-inch half length bareheaded color group photos (on-site photography is allowed, but a certain fee shall be paid).
 2、 Procedures for marriage registration
 1. Both men and women who request marriage registration shall present the required certificates to the marriage registration office of the district or county level city civil affairs bureau (or town people) where one party has permanent residence.
 2. Both parties shall apply to the marriage registration authority in person and fill out a Declaration of Application for Marriage Registration.
 3. Both parties must sign in person in the "declarant" column of the Declaration of Marriage Registration Application in front of the marriage registrar.
 4. The marriage registration authority shall examine the certificates and statements submitted by both parties and grant registration if they meet the conditions for marriage registration.
 3、 Time limit and charging standard of marriage registration
 1. Time limit for registration: the documents shall be complete, and the marriage certificate shall be issued after registration on the spot.
 2. Charging standard: premarital examination is provided, but it is voluntary. The pre marital examination is about 100 yuan, and it is also free in many areas.
