Women in ordinary jobs born in 1971 will reach retirement age in 2021. The statutory retirement age refers to the retirement age specified in the Interim Measures of the State Council on the Placement of Old, Weak, Sick and Disabled Cadres and the Interim Measures of the State Council on the Retirement and Resignation of Workers (GF [1978] No. 104) approved by the Second Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Fifth National People's Congress. Workers in enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people, Party and government organs and mass organizations who meet one of the following conditions shall retire. 1、 The male has reached the age of 60, the female has reached the age of 50, and the cumulative length of service has reached 10 years; 2、 Male over 55 years old, female over 45 years old, with a cumulative length of service of 10 years or more, engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, especially heavy physical labor or other work harmful to health; The statutory retirement age refers to the retirement age stipulated in the Interim Measures of the State Council on the Placement of Old, Weak, Sick and Disabled Cadres and the Interim Measures of the State Council on the Retirement and Retirement of Workers (GF [1978] No. 104), which were approved in principle at the second meeting of the Standing Committee of the Fifth National People's Congress on May 24, 1978 and are still in force. It is the fundamental guarantee to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees and labor rights to resolutely handle the retirement and resignation of employees in accordance with the statutory retirement age of the state. Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Further Improving the Basic Living Security for Laid off Workers of State owned Enterprises and the Pension Payment for Enterprise Retirees (GBF [1999] No. 10), the Ministry of Labor and Social Security issued the Notice on Stopping and Correcting Issues Related to Handling Enterprise Employees' Early Retirement in Violation of State Regulations on March 9, 1999 (LSBF [1999] No. 8). Then we will extend this issue to the following two categories: cadres of Party and government organs, mass organizations, enterprises and institutions who meet one of the following conditions can retire. (1) A man has reached the age of 60, a woman has reached the age of 55, and has participated in revolutionary work for ten years or more; (2) The male has reached the age of 50, the female has reached the age of 45, has participated in revolutionary work for 10 years, and has been certified by the hospital to be totally incapacitated; (3) Those who are disabled due to work and have been proved by the hospital to be totally unable to work. Workers in enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people, government organs and mass organizations shall retire if they meet one of the following conditions. (1) A man has reached the age of 60, a woman has reached the age of 50, and has worked continuously for ten years or more; (2) Engaging in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly strenuous physical labor or other work harmful to health, with a male aged 55 or more and a female aged 45 or more, and having worked continuously for 10 years or more. This provision is also applicable to grass-roots cadres with the same working conditions as workers; (3) If a male has reached the age of 50, a female has reached the age of 45, and has worked continuously for 10 years, he or she shall be certified by the hospital and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee to be completely incapacitated; (4) Disabilities caused by work shall be certified by the hospital and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, and they shall completely lose their ability to work.
