If the company continues to operate after its business license has been revoked, this situation belongs to unlicensed business. If it is found, the industrial and commercial administration department will ban it according to the provisions, and confiscate the illegal income during this period. If it also violates the criminal law during this period, it will be punished according to the provisions of the criminal law.
 The Measures for the Investigation, Punishment and Banning of Unlicensed Business shall be investigated and punished by the administrative department for industry and commerce in accordance with the provisions if it violates one of the following contents:
 1、 The act of engaging in business activities without a license without obtaining a permit or other approval documents and business license according to law;
 2、 Business license can be obtained without obtaining a permit or other approval documents to engage in business operations without obtaining a business license in accordance with the law but engaging in business activities without a license;
 3、 Having obtained the permit or other approval documents according to law, but not obtaining the business license according to law, and engaging in business activities without a license;
 4、 Those who have gone through the cancellation of registration or whose business license has been revoked, or who continue to engage in business activities without a license without going through the registration procedures again as required after the expiry of the business license.
 Legal basis:
 A company established according to law in Article 7 of the Company Law shall be issued a business license by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the Company shall be the date of establishment of the Company. The business license of a company shall specify the name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, name of the legal representative, etc. of the company. If the items recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall go through the change registration according to law, and the company registration authority shall issue a new business license.
