 According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, if the bidder or other interested parties have any objection to the bid evaluation results of the project that must be subject to bidding according to law, they shall raise it during the publicity period of the bid winning candidates.
 For projects subject to tender according to law, the tenderee shall publicize the bid winning candidates within 3 days from the date of receiving the bid evaluation report, and the publicity period shall not be less than 3 days.
 If a bidder or any other interested person has any objection to the result of bid evaluation of a project subject to tender according to law, it shall raise it during the period when the bid winning candidates are publicized. The tenderer shall reply within 3 days from the date of receiving the objection; Before making a reply, the bid invitation and bidding activities shall be suspended.
