The second enlistment to enter military academy or become a national defense student is mainly reflected in passing the college entrance examination, promotion, escort, etc. of soldiers, entering the unit after graduation, and the length of military service at the time of relocation is determined based on the number of years after enlistment. 2、 Retired soldiers who have professional skills and are re recruited as professional and technical personnel are mainly targeted at college graduates with master's degree or above. After being recruited as local professional and technical personnel, they become active cadres and engage in professional technology and management in units such as the army, scientific research institutions and colleges. 3、 After being discharged from the army, he was re enlisted by directly recruiting non commissioned officers. The directly recruited non commissioned officers should have a college degree or above, and their majors should meet the professional needs of the military. The male should not be more than 24 years old, and the female should not be more than 23 years old. The service attribute is different from the compulsory military service, and it is positioned as a college student soldier who serves in the voluntary military service. 4、 As long as you are under the age of 22, you can still serve in the military again if you re enlist through the ordinary way. If you continue to study after your first discharge from the army, the age requirement for re enlistment can be extended to 24 years old. The policy of second enlistment: the second enlisted personnel will be given a one-time economic reward according to the reward standard for enlisted youth with bachelor's degree.
 Rural soldiers who have been called up for the second time can also enjoy pension subsidies after being demobilized again. For example, ordinary people need to pay pension insurance for 15 consecutive years, while the length of time for veterans is the required years of payment minus the number of years of service.
