The handling method for one party who does not agree to divorce after two years of separation:
1. If one party does not agree to divorce, the other party can file a lawsuit to the court for divorce;
2. The legal condition for divorce in litigation is that the relationship between husband and wife has indeed broken. If the relationship has not broken or has not completely broken, it can still be maintained and there is the possibility of reconciliation. Even if the mediation is invalid for a while, divorce cannot be granted.
When hearing divorce cases, the people's courts shall conduct mediation; If the relationship has really broken down and the mediation is invalid, divorce shall be granted.
Article 1079 of the Civil Code, if one of the husband and wife requests divorce, the relevant organization may mediate or directly file a divorce lawsuit with the people's court.

Divorce shall be granted if one party is declared missing and the other party files a divorce lawsuit.
Divorce shall be granted if one party files a divorce lawsuit again after the people's court has ruled that divorce is not allowed and the two parties have lived apart for one year.
