1. Supporters, regardless of gender, have the obligation to support their dependents. All supporters should actively perform their obligations of providing financial support, daily care and spiritual comfort to their dependents. The supporters shall respect the living habits, religious beliefs and privacy of the supported, and shall not insult, slander, beat, maltreat or abandon the supported.
2. The supported person can give some help to the support person within his ability, but the support person shall not require the supported person to undertake unwilling or unable labor.
3. The house property right, house lease right and residence right of the supported person are protected by law. Without the consent or authorization of the supported person, the supporting person and his spouse and children may not forcibly occupy, sell, lease, transfer or dismantle them.
