The supplement to the divorce agreement belongs to the subsequent supplementary agreement:
 1. As long as the supplementary agreement is signed by both parties through voluntary negotiation, it is binding on both parties. If there are differences between the supplementary agreement and the original agreement, it shall be regarded as an amendment to the original agreement.
 2. The agreements recorded by the civil affairs department are more effective than those reached privately. However, this is only reflected in the external effect, while the internal effect, that is, the effect before marriage, should be consistent, because it does not involve the protection of interested third parties.
 3. The disposition of marital property will involve the assumption of joint debts of the husband and wife. If the husband and wife want to make the filled agreement have legal effect, they can take this supplementary agreement together to the Civil Affairs Bureau. After explaining the situation, they can withdraw the original agreement and sign a new agreement, which can be used as an annex to the agreement (not used alone), and has the same legal effect as the agreement.
