The general elements of civil liability for tort are:
1. Harmful acts;
2. The existence of harmful facts;
3. There is a causal relationship between the injuring act and the fact of damage;
4. The actor has subjective fault. According to Article 176 of the General Principles of the Civil Law, the civil subject shall perform civil obligations and bear civil liabilities in accordance with the law and the agreement between the parties.
