    How to judge people injured by drunk driving? How to judge a person injured by drunk driving who violates the traffic and transportation management regulations according to Article 133 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, thus causing a serious accident, causing serious injury, death or heavy losses of public or private property, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention.
