The process is as follows:
1. If the child has registered as a registered permanent resident, only the child's registered permanent resident, birth certificate, and husband and wife's registered permanent resident need to apply to the local police station where the husband and wife's registered permanent resident are located to move out; If the child is still young and has not registered in the household, a divorce certificate is required. The birth medical certificate, birth certificate or family planning service manual of the baby, the household register of both parents of the baby and other materials should be handled at the place where the household register of the party with child custody rights is located.
2. According to the ownership of the child stated in the divorce certificate, the village committee or neighborhood committee that needs to move to the place shall issue a letter of proof of move in, and the local police station shall apply for a certificate of admission to move in.
3. Issue the Household Registration Transfer Certificate at the local police station where the child's household registration is located
4. Take the Migration Certificate to the local police station to register.
