Persons with limited capacity for civil conduct mainly include:
1. Minors over the age of 8 but under the age of 18. However, a person who has reached the age of 16 but not the age of 18 and who takes his own labor as the main source of income is considered as a person with full capacity for civil conduct.
2. Adults who cannot fully recognize their own behavior.
A person with limited capacity for civil conduct refers to a natural person whose capacity to conduct civil legal acts independently through declaration of will is limited to a certain extent. When a person with limited capacity for civil conduct conducts a civil legal act, he or she shall be represented by his or her legal representative, or with the consent and ratification of his or her legal representative, but he or she may independently conduct a civil legal act that is purely beneficial or that is appropriate to his or her age, intelligence, and mental health.
