If the high consumption is restricted by the court, the money in the bank card under its name will be frozen and transferred by the court.
In addition, if the debtor is likely to transfer, sell or conceal the property related to the case, the court may take property preservation measures such as sealing up, detaining, freezing and ordering to provide security according to the application of the parties or on its own authority. If the person subjected to execution is likely to transfer, sell off or conceal the property subjected to execution, he shall take timely enforcement measures. If the person subjected to execution resists execution and constitutes a hindrance to civil proceedings, it shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of Articles 102 and 227 of the Civil Procedure Law.
According to Article 486 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, the people's court shall not dispose of the property subject to execution without sealing up, distraining or freezing it. For all kinds of assets that can be directly deducted, such as bank deposits, the deduction ruling of the people's court has the legal effect of freezing at the same time.
Article 487 The time limit for the people's court to freeze the bank deposits of the person subjected to execution shall not exceed one year, the time limit for sealing up and detaining movable property shall not exceed two years, and the time limit for sealing up immovable property and freezing other property rights shall not exceed three years.
If the person applying for execution applies for extension of the time limit, the people's court shall go through the formalities for renewal of the sealing up, distraining or freezing before the expiration of the time limit for sealing up, distraining or freezing, and the time limit for renewal shall not exceed the time limit specified in the preceding paragraph. The people's court may also, in accordance with its functions and powers, go through the formalities of continued sealing up, seizure and freezing.
