    1. After the house is sealed, it can't be rented out. Seizure refers to a kind of property preservation commonly used in civil proceedings, in which seals are affixed after inspection and are not allowed to be used. Seizure is an indispensable way for courts at all levels to execute civil cases. The time limit for seizure is not arbitrary, but should comply with relevant laws and regulations. According to Article 12 of the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Sealing up, Seizure and Freezing of Property in the Civil Enforcement of the People's Court, if the sealed or seized property is not suitable for the people's court to keep, the people's court may designate the person to be executed to be responsible for keeping it; If it is not suitable for the person subjected to execution to keep it, it may be entrusted to a third person or the person applying for execution to keep it. If the continued use of the property in the custody of the person subjected to execution designated by the people's court has no significant impact on the value of the property, the person subjected to execution may be allowed to continue to use it; If it is kept by the people's court or entrusted to a third person or the person applying for enforcement, the custodian may not use it. 2. The rental housing must have certain conditions, which can be summarized as follows: (1) having legal housing property rights certificates; (2) If the house is a joint property right, there is a certificate of the joint owner's consent to the lease; (3) In case of changing residential or other buildings into business buildings for rent, certificates of consent from the planning and housing management departments shall be submitted; (4) If the premises in the public housing directly managed by the housing management department are leased, the certificate approved by the housing management department shall be submitted; (5) The lease of residential houses shall follow the lease policies stipulated by the State and the people's government of the city where the house is located; (6) The house can be used normally. Then let's extend this question to the following: 1. The name or title of the lessor and lessee, the type and number of the certificate, the place of residence, the name of the actual resident, the type and number of the ID card, and the place of residence should be filled in when going through the rental registration procedures; 2. Basic information, rent and lease term of the leased house; 3. House ownership certificate or house source certificate; 4. Other contents specified by this Municipality. If the housing lease contract is changed or terminated, the lessor shall, within 5 days from the date of the change or termination of the contract, go through the registration change and cancellation procedures at the grass-roots management service station where the house is located.
