Unemployment insurance benefits shall be paid monthly by social insurance agencies. The amount of unemployment insurance benefits shall not be higher than the local minimum wage standard or lower than the minimum living security standard of local urban residents. Enterprises and institutions in cities and towns shall issue certificates for the unemployed to terminate or terminate their labor relations in a timely manner, inform them of their right to enjoy unemployment insurance benefits according to regulations, and report the list of the unemployed to the social insurance agency for filing within 7 days from the date of termination or termination of their labor relations. After the employees of enterprises and institutions in cities and towns lose their jobs, they should go through unemployment registration at the designated social insurance agency in a timely manner with the certificate of termination or dissolution of labor relations issued by their own unit.  Article 45 of the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China states that unemployed persons who meet the following conditions shall receive unemployment insurance compensation from unemployment insurance funds: (1) The employer and the person who has paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year before unemployment; （2） Interruption of employment not due to his own will; （3） Unemployment registration has been carried out and there are job requirements.
