    According to the provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Penalties for Public Security, if a baby is detained for public security while breastfeeding, if the baby is less than one year old, no administrative penalty will be imposed. If a person who violates the administration of public security is under any of the following circumstances and should be punished by administrative detention according to this Law, the punishment of administrative detention shall not be executed: (1) he has reached the age of 14 but not the age of 16; (2) Violating the administration of public security for the first time when they have reached the age of 16 but not the age of 18; (3) Over 70 years old; (4) Pregnant or breast-feeding an infant under one year old. Article 22 If an act violating the administration of public security is not found by the public security organ within six months, it shall not be punished again. The time limit prescribed in the preceding paragraph shall be counted from the date of the occurrence of the act violating the administration of public security; If an act against the administration of public security is continuous or continuous, it shall be counted from the day when the act ends.
