    According to the attendance regulations of the irregular working system, the irregular working time system is implemented, and the workload is assessed based on the completion of its work tasks instead of the arrangement of normal working hours and attendance. One of the characteristics of the irregular working system is that there are no more rest days and holidays in the working hours, which are arranged by employees according to their needs. The enterprise may adopt an irregular working system for employees who meet one of the following conditions:

    (1) Senior managers, field staff, salesmen, some on duty personnel and other employees who cannot measure the standard working hours due to work in the enterprise;

    (2) Long distance transportation personnel, taxi drivers, some loading and unloading personnel of railways, ports and warehouses, and employees who need to work with motor vehicles due to their special nature of work;

    (3) Other employees who, due to production characteristics, special work needs or scope of responsibilities, are suitable for the implementation of the irregular working system.

    Legal basis

    Article 4 of the Measures for the Examination and Approval of Enterprises' Implementation of the Working System of Irregular Hours and the Working System of Comprehensive Calculation of Working Hours, an enterprise may implement the working system of irregular hours for employees who meet one of the following conditions: (1) senior managers, field workers, salesmen, some on duty personnel and other employees who cannot be measured by the standard working hours due to their work; (2) Long distance transportation personnel, taxi drivers, some loading and unloading personnel of railways, ports and warehouses, and employees who need to work with motor vehicles due to their special nature of work; (3) Other employees who, due to production characteristics, special work needs or scope of responsibilities, are suitable for the implementation of the irregular working system. Article 5 An enterprise may adopt the working hour system of comprehensive calculation for employees who meet one of the following conditions, that is, the working hours shall be calculated in a comprehensive way with the cycle of week, month, quarter, year, etc., but the average daily working hours and average weekly working hours shall be basically the same as the statutory standard working hours.
