(1) Normal death: after a person dies, a death certificate shall be obtained. If you die in a hospital, the hospital will issue a death certificate. If you die at home, the street office or the police station will issue a death certificate. The family members took the certificate to the health care department of the nearby hospital to exchange for an official death certificate.
(2) Abnormal death: including death due to accidents such as traffic accidents, industrial injuries, gas poisoning and other reasons, and death due to non accidents such as murder, suicide and other reasons. The death certificate of the abnormal death shall be issued by the public security department.
