Therefore, before I file a lawsuit, don't scare the cat, collect and sort out the evidence related to the joint property of the husband and wife, and take measures of litigation preservation when necessary.
 （2） When receiving a subpoena from the court, don't be nervous. Collect opposite evidence against the other party's demands and prepare for defense. Many parties are often very nervous when they receive a summons from the court. Especially after seeing the plaintiff's complaint of "distorting the facts", he was nervous and angry, and worried that the court would listen to the plaintiff. In fact, this is unnecessary. Generally, the court will listen to the plaintiff's claims and opinions carefully only in the opening of the court session, and will not trust the plaintiff's pleadings after reading them. However, the defendant shall collect relevant counter evidence against the plaintiff's complaint and the evidence provided.

Litigation materials, such as ID card, defense statement and original evidence must be brought with you. As the plaintiff, when making statements, he should try his best to make clear the performance of the broken relationship between husband and wife and the facts, and provide relevant examples. As the defendant, we should try our best to focus on the fact that the relationship between husband and wife is fair and not to break up.
