In civil proceedings, if a judgment is pronounced in court, the written judgment shall be sent within ten days; If a judgment is pronounced regularly, a written judgment shall be issued immediately after the judgment is pronounced. When a judgment is pronounced, the parties must be informed of their right to appeal, the time limit for appeal and the court of appeal. In the trial of a case of public prosecution, the people's court shall pronounce a judgment within two months after accepting it, and no later than three months. With the approval of the people's court at the next higher level, an extension of three months may be granted for cases that may be sentenced to death or cases that are incidental to civil proceedings, as well as for cases that fall under one of the circumstances prescribed by law; If the extension is necessary due to special circumstances, it shall be reported to the Supreme People's Court for approval. In addition, if a case is tried through summary procedure, the people's court shall conclude the case within 20 days after accepting it; If a possible sentence of fixed-term imprisonment exceeds three years, it may be extended to one and a half months. The law does not stipulate how long the court will issue a judgment after the hearing, but the law stipulates the time limit for the conclusion of the case, that is to say, the court will issue a judgment within the time limit for the conclusion of the case.

    Legal basis

Article 148 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, the people's court shall publicly pronounce judgments on all cases that are tried in public or not. If a judgment is pronounced in court, the written judgment shall be sent within ten days; If a judgment is pronounced regularly, a written judgment shall be issued immediately after the judgment is pronounced. When a judgment is pronounced, the parties must be informed of their right to appeal, the time limit for appeal and the court of appeal. When a divorce judgment is pronounced, the parties must be informed that they may not marry again before the judgment becomes legally effective.
