(1) After the marriage with the spouse is registered, the marriage with others is registered and bigamy occurs. That is, bigamy of two legal marriages. If a person with a spouse has registered marriage with another person, or a bigamist cheats the marriage registration authority to obtain a marriage certificate, or a bigamist colludes with the staff of the registration authority to obtain a marriage certificate.
 (2) If a person has registered marriage with his or her spouse, but has not registered with others to live together in a conjugal relationship and remarries, this is the type of marriage after legal marriage.
 (3) Bigamy refers to the bigamy of two de facto marriages when they have not registered marriage with their spouses and others, but have cohabited with their spouses and others successively or simultaneously in the name of husband and wife.
 (4) The type of de facto marriage followed by legal marriage is that they live together in the name of husband and wife without registration with the original spouse, and then remarry after registration with others.
 (5) Having no spouse, but knowing that the other party has a spouse, he or she is registered to marry or cohabits in the name of husband and wife and remarries.
 It can be seen from this that bigamy is, to a certain extent, linked with the de facto marriage.
