1. Both parties shall bring their own valid ID card, residence booklet, marriage certificate, house property right registration certificate, house purchase contract, original receipt and other documents;
2. Go to the management department of the place where the house is located, apply for the change of name of the house property right registration certificate, and handle the relevant procedures according to the tips of the staff.
