The property division method is the same for both remarried couples and first married couples. The specific division method is as follows:
 1、 If both parties have an agreement on the ownership of property after marriage, the property shall be divided according to the agreement at the time of divorce.
 2、 If there is no agreement, the property belonging to one party before marriage will still be owned by the other party at the time of divorce. If it belongs to the joint property of the husband and wife, the two parties will negotiate how to divide it.
