Generally speaking, there are two major preparations for handling divorce property transfer procedures:
1、 Prepare all kinds of materials necessary for handling divorce property transfer procedures
1. The divorce judgment and its copies;
2. Property ownership certificate (including co ownership certificate if any);
3. Identity certificate and copies;
4. Property registration application.
2、 Having prepared the materials needed for the property transfer, we will go to the housing management department to handle the property transfer procedures.
1. Go to the trading center for transfer;
2. Go to the Housing Authority to apply for exemption of deed tax;
3. Go through the formalities of property division registration and pay the registration fee;
4. Evidence collection is sufficient.
