Whether the deskmate is responsible for sudden death after drinking depends on the specific circumstances:
 1. If other people who drink at the same table try their best to persuade others to drink, deliberately drink, indulge in drinking, or fail to take care of them properly after drinking, they can generally be considered as having infringed upon their rights and are at fault, and should bear the liability for infringement;
 2. If other people who drink at the same table do not have the above tort, or have no fault for the occurrence of the damage result, or the occurrence of the damage result has no direct causal relationship with the drinking behavior, they shall not be liable for tort
 3. If only some people have infringements, only the person who has committed the infringement shall bear the liability for the infringement, and the person who has not committed the infringement shall not bear the liability;
 4. If the infringee has a major fault, the liability of the infringer can be reduced.
