If three people beat one person to cause minor injury, and these three people are suspected of intentional injury crime, according to the criminal law, intentionally hurt another person's body, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance.
 If the intentional injury causes minor injury to one person, the starting point for sentencing shall be determined within the range of fixed-term imprisonment of not more than two years and criminal detention.
 If the crime of intentional injury is constituted, the application of probation shall be determined by comprehensively considering the causes, means, harmful consequences, compensation and forgiveness of intentional injury and other criminal facts, sentencing circumstances, as well as the subjective malignancy, personal danger, confession and repentance of the defendant and other factors.

 Article 234 of the Criminal Law stipulates that anyone who intentionally harms another person shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance.
 Whoever commits the crime mentioned in the preceding paragraph and causes serious injury to another person shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than 10 years; Whoever causes death or serious injury to another person by especially cruel means and causes serious disability shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years, life imprisonment or death. Where this Law provides otherwise, such provisions shall prevail.
