According to the Measures of the Supreme People's Court on Payment of Litigation Costs, the litigation costs of divorce cases are between 10 yuan and 50 yuan. If the property division is involved, and the total amount of property does not exceed 10000 yuan, there will be no additional charge; If the amount exceeds 10000 yuan, 1% will be paid for the excess.
In Article 6 of the Measures for Payment of Litigation Costs, the litigation costs that the parties shall pay to the people's court include:
（1） Case acceptance fee;
（2） Application fee;
（3） Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, living expenses and subsidies for lost time incurred by witnesses, experts, interpreters and adjusters when they appear in court on the date designated by the People's Court.
