 Article 14
 Where a company increases its registered capital, the contribution of the increased capital subscribed by the shareholders of a limited liability company and the subscription of new shares by the shareholders of a joint stock limited company shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law on the establishment of a limited liability company and the payment of capital contributions and share payments by a joint stock limited company, respectively. Where a joint stock limited company increases its registered capital by issuing new shares publicly or a listed company increases its registered capital by issuing new shares privately, it shall also submit the approval document of the securities regulatory authority under the State Council.
 Article 15
 The Company's reduction of registered capital shall comply with the procedures specified in the Company Law. The reduced registered capital and paid in capital shall reach the minimum amount of the Company's registered capital specified by laws and administrative regulations and be verified by an experienced capital institution.
 After all the shareholders or promoters of the company have paid their capital contributions and share payments in full, the company shall apply for reduction of registered capital, and at the same time go through the change registration for the reduction of paid in capital.
