    1. Having fulfilled the obligation of unemployment insurance payment for one year as required;

    3. Zibo City Public Unemployment Compensation Payment Standard for handling unemployment registration and having job requirements

    1. If the cumulative payment time is more than one year but less than five years, the monthly payment standard of unemployment insurance benefits is 782 yuan;

    2. The monthly payment standard of unemployment insurance compensation is 809 yuan if the cumulative payment time is between 5 years and 10 years;

    3. If the cumulative payment time is between 10 years and 15 years, the monthly payment standard of unemployment insurance benefits is 836 yuan;

    4. If the cumulative payment time is 15 years but less than 20 years, the monthly payment standard of unemployment insurance benefits is 863 yuan;

    5. If the cumulative payment time is more than 20 years, the monthly payment standard of unemployment insurance benefits is 891 yuan;

    6. From the 13th month, the monthly payment standard of unemployment insurance benefits is 782 yuan.

    7. The one-time living allowance for farmers' contract workers was adjusted from 588 yuan to 618 yuan.

    Legal basis

    Article 45 of the Full Text of the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China, unemployed persons who meet the following conditions shall receive unemployment insurance compensation from the unemployment insurance fund:
    (1) The employer and the employee have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year before unemployment;
    (2) Interruption of employment not due to his own will;
    (3) Unemployment registration has been carried out and there are job requirements.
