Testament notarization refers to a legal act in which a citizen makes arrangements for his own property before he dies, which is notarized by a national notary office and becomes legally effective immediately upon his death.
Testamental notarization refers to the notarial organ proving the authenticity and legality of the testator's will. It requires the testator to make a will in front of a notary, who will then prove the content of the will and the testator's signature. A notarized will has the following advantages:
    (1) The content and form of the will comply with the law, and the will is valid.
    (2) The content of a will is not easy to be tampered with or forged.
    (3) It is conducive to ensuring the realization of the validity of the will, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the testator and the beneficiaries of the will, and preventing the occurrence of inheritance disputes caused by the will.
A notarized will is always valid unless it is overturned by a new notarized will.
