 Article 9 of the Measures for Occupational Annuity in Government Offices and Institutions can receive occupational annuities if one of the following conditions is met: (1) After the staff members meet the retirement conditions stipulated by the state and go through retirement procedures according to law, they can choose to receive occupational annuity treatment monthly. It can be used to purchase commercial endowment insurance products at one time, and receive benefits according to the insurance contract and enjoy the corresponding inheritance rights; You can choose to calculate and pay the monthly salary standard of occupational pension according to the corresponding number of months when you retire until the payment is completed. At the same time, the balance of the individual account of occupational pension is entitled to inheritance. I will not change it after selecting any collection method. （2） The occupational annuity personal account fund of overseas (overseas) residents can be paid to them in a lump sum according to their requirements. （3） If a staff member dies during his/her service, the balance of his/her occupational pension personal account may be inherited. Those who fail to meet one of the above conditions for receiving occupational annuities shall not withdraw funds from their personal accounts in advance.
