The materials required for land certificate application include: application form, ID card, household registration book and proof of land ownership source. The applicant shall take relevant materials to the Land and Resources Institute to apply, and the Land and Resources Institute shall assign personnel to conduct field survey and point out the boundary around. After completing various materials, the applicant shall report to the Land and Resources Bureau for registration and certificate issuance.
According to Article 210 of the Civil Code, real estate registration shall be handled by the registration authority in the place where the real estate is located. The State implements a unified registration system for immovables. The scope, organ and method of unified registration shall be stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
Article 211 stipulates that when applying for registration, the party concerned shall provide the ownership certificate, the boundary address and area of the real estate and other necessary materials according to different registration items.
