Party A (the party causing the accident): identity information
 Party B (aggrieved party): identity information
 As a result of a traffic accident between Party A and Party B, both parties, on the basis of fairness and voluntariness, and in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, have reached an agreement through consultation to sign this agreement for mutual compliance and implementation.
 1. After the accident, Party A has paid Party B yuan, and Party B has received it. Party B has no objection to this.
 2. After negotiation, Party A now pays Party B a one-time compensation of yuan, and Party B voluntarily waives all other compensation payments, including those obtained through litigation.
 3. Party A shall issue a receipt for the above payment.
 4. The family members of Party B who sign on the scene guarantee that they have full power of attorney.
 5. Party B shall issue a Letter of Understanding on Traffic Accidents to Party A when signing this settlement agreement. At the same time, Party B guarantees that this letter of understanding is the only one and will not issue any other written materials or words contrary to the contents of this letter of understanding.
 6. After Party A pays the above compensation fees, the amount of compensation for the insurance of Party A's vehicles insured by the insurance company shall be recovered by both parties.
 7. If one party breaches the contract, the breaching party shall compensate the other party twice the above compensation.
 8. Matters not covered in this agreement shall be determined by both parties through consultation.
 9. In case of any dispute arising from the performance of this Agreement, it shall be settled through negotiation. If the negotiation fails or is unwilling to negotiate, it shall be settled through litigation in the court where this Agreement is signed.
 10. This agreement shall come into force on the date of signature (seal) by both parties.
 11. This agreement is made in triplicate, one for each party and one for the traffic police department. Three copies have the same legal effect.
