The indictment for recovering child support shall include:
 1. Identity information of the plaintiff, defendant and agents of both parties.
 2. Claims.
 3. Facts and reasons.
 4. Your court is expected to make a fair judgment to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the plaintiff as a minor.
 5. Signature of the applicant.
 Article 37 of the Marriage Law stipulates that after divorce, one party shall bear part or all of the necessary living expenses and education expenses for the children raised by the other party. The amount and duration of the expenses shall be agreed by both parties; If the agreement fails, the people's court shall make a judgment.
 Article 121 of the Civil Procedure Law stipulates that the bill of complaint shall include the following items:
 （1） The name, sex, age, nationality, occupation, work unit, address and contact information of the plaintiff, the name and address of the legal person or other organization, and the name, position and contact information of the legal representative or principal person in charge;
 （2） Information such as the name, gender, work unit and address of the defendant, and information such as the name and address of the legal person or other organization;
 （3） The claim and the facts and reasons on which it is based;
 （4） Evidence and source of evidence, name and address of witness.
