"Lao Lai" can sue for debt disputes as long as the conditions for prosecution are met.
 1、 The prosecution must meet the following conditions:
 1. The plaintiff is a citizen, legal person or other organization that has a direct interest in the case;
 2. There are definite defendants;
 3. There are specific claims, facts and reasons;
 4. It falls within the scope of civil litigation accepted by the people's court and under the jurisdiction of the people's court to which the lawsuit is filed.
 2、 The evidence to be prepared in the loan dispute is as follows:
 1. If the identity information of both parties is a natural person, the ID card or account book shall be provided; if the information is a legal person or other organization, the registration data of its subject shall be submitted.
 2. Evidence proving the existence of loan relationship, loan contract, loan agreement, IOU, IOU, repayment commitment, etc.
 3. Evidence proving that the loan has been repaid, receipt or payment voucher for each repayment of principal and interest.
 4. Basis for calculating the amount of claims.
 5. Other evidence.

 In Article 126 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, the people's court shall safeguard the litigants' right to sue in accordance with the law. A lawsuit filed in accordance with Article 122 of this Law must be accepted. If the conditions for prosecution are met, the case shall be filed within seven days and the parties shall be notified; If the conditions for prosecution are not met, a written order shall be made within seven days and the case shall not be accepted; If the plaintiff is not satisfied with the ruling, he may file an appeal.
